We will be celebrating a joint meeting between MOLAB and the CNIO Bioinformatics Unit led by Fátima Al-Sharour on January 30^th. We will introduce our groups and we will share some of our research topics with a focus on the methods that we use. We will go through our projects on therapy response and optimization, biomarkers design, genomic data analysis, topological data analysis and dimensionality reduction techniques. We are looking forward to this knowledge exchange.
