Integrative CellOmics for precision medicine in childhood leukemia: A coordinated eHealth action for cancer biodigitization (LEUKODOMICS)
LEUKODOMICS encompasses the development of new CellOmics technologies for pipelining both functional single-cell immunophenotyping and genomic data in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It integrates regulatory and evolutionary cellular landscapes into multi-omic ALL-profiles and mechanisms that determine the aggressive proliferative and infiltrating nature of malignant leukocytes.
