Graduate and MsC in Medicine and Surgery (Cadiz, 1984); familiy physician at Unit of Clinical Management at San Roque (Cádiz, Spain, 2006). Member of the Diabetes Workgroup of the Spanish Society for Family Medicine (SEMERGEN) and of the Ethical committee for clinical research of the province. He is the author of several scientific publications.
