MsC in Biological Sciences (1993) and PhD (1999) at the Autonomous University of Madrid. Postdoc at New York (Mount Sinai School of Medicine). Since 2008 working at the Department of Atherothrombosis, Image and Epidemiology of the National Center for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC). Since then, Dr. Andrés Hidalgo is the leader of the Imaging the Cardiovascular Inflammation and the Immune Response Group at CNIC. He has co-authored numerous publications in high-impact factor journals such ass Cell, Science, Nature Immunology, Nature Medicine, Nature Methods, Nature Reviews Immunology, Nature Communications, Immunity and Blood.
