In this talk on the occasion of the Day of Women and Girls in Science, we will remember some women who have contributed to this field and we will meet the scientists of the MOLAB group. 

We will delve into the world of brain metastasis, its biological foundations and we will learn about MRI as a diagnostic tool. As well as the quantification of useful variables not only in the study of the dynamics of this disease but also in the validation of predictive models. Finally, we will discuss the generation of useful databases for the development of mechanistic models and AI algorithms in neuro-oncology.
